As senior consultant of the Firm, Ian has been in practice for over 30 years and was a clerk of Courts for some years before his admission as a solicitor.
His expansive knowledge and experience encompasses practice in business law, including sales of business and franchises, as well as wills & estates, family law, criminal law, intellectual property, contract law, employment law and general commercial law and building & property law.
He has also conducted litigation across all Court & Tribunal jurisdictions in Victoria and is a qualified mediator.

In Debt Recovery matters, this includes letters of demand, filing of proceedings, obtaining judgment and enforcement orders.
